There are many other modifications and changes such as neck bolts, details are unknown, and the current status is passed. Currently there is no warp. The truss does not rotate, 60% of the frets remain.

Specifics:
The cereal on the back of the neck has been scraped and there is a branding iron on the back of the head.: Therefore it is probably made in Japan but the year of manufacture is unknown.
